We take great care to ensure our vegan dishes are truly vegan. This includes using separate cookware and utensils to prepare vegan dishes, as well as sourcing vegan ingredients from reliable suppliers. We also provide training to our staff to ensure they understand what vegan means and how to avoid cross-contamination.

Yes, many of our dishes can be modified to be vegan. Please inform your server if you would like a dish made vegan, and they will be able to tell you what modifications can be made.
